OUR MISSION

Providing exceptional medical care for individuals, families and the community

Comments & Complaints

We pride ourselves as a practice in providing healthcare at the highest standards, but there may be times when you feel this has not happened. The practice has a formal complaints procedure which will allow us to look into and, if necessary, correct any problems that you have identified, or mistakes that have been made. Please note that we have to respect our duty of confidentiality to patients and a patient’s consent will be necessary if a complaint is not made by the patient in person. Further information is available in leaflet form.  Please see our complaints policy and complaints leaflet for more information.

NHS Zero Tolerance Policy

We operate the NHS Zero Tolerance Policy and will remove from our list immediately patients who display unacceptable behaviour towards any staff including verbal abuse. The practice will involve any appropriate agencies to assist in dealing with these issues including reporting the matter to the police.
